Our Story
Our founder Boris Slutsky didn’t start with connections in the construction industry. He moved to the United States in 2018 at 22 years old, not yet knowing the landscape, but full of hopes and determined to figure it out.
That determination wasn’t new. Years earlier, at 16, his wrestling coach had connected him with a few people in the construction industry and helped him land his first internships on real job sites. Something clicked. What started as a favor from a mentor became a calling — Boris enrolled in a Construction Management program, earned his degree, and set his sights on bringing that foundation to one of the most active construction markets in the world: South Florida.
He wasn’t the fastest learner when he arrived. Some things came hard. But he applied the same mindset from the wrestling mat — show up, stay consistent, trust the process. Within 4.5 years he had worked his way from an entry-level position to Project Manager at Moss Construction, one of Florida’s most respected general contractors, directly overseeing over $100 million in construction scopes across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
That journey — from a teenager on job sites to senior project manager on commercial ground-up builds in South Florida — gave Boris a rare perspective. He understood both the technical complexity of large-scale construction and the human reality of what it takes to navigate it without a roadmap.
What he kept seeing along the way were homeowners attempting to manage new home construction and major home remodels without the professional oversight that commercial developers take for granted. No independent advocate. No one watching costs. No one accountable to them.
